Unemployment restrictions


Study assistance: As of January 1, 2015, the supplementary allowance has been increased from € 8,000 to € 10,000 per calendar year. There is no distinction between independent and non-self-employed income.
Family allowance: The income limit for the family allowance is € 10,000 per calendar year.

Minor employees (under € 405.98 - 2015) can voluntarily insure themselves in health and pension insurance. The contribution amounts to € 57.30.
Accident insurance (in the case of accidents and accidents) is also possible with minor employment conditions!

 

Student self-insurance


If a co-insurance (only for health insurance) is not (more) possible and one is also not compulsorily insured, one can insure himself for 54.11 €.

 

Employee assessment


The tax liability starts from € 12,000.
Even if no payroll tax has been paid throughout the year, it is advisable to carry out the employee assessment as 10% of the social insurance contributions (up to a maximum of 110 € / year) can be reimbursed in the course of the negative tax.
